HMTF Mission

Three overarching objectives:

1) to put accurate instruments in the hands of researchers studying water resources;

2) to develop new critically needed instruments required to allow scientific discovery in hydrology through, more accurate, reliable and affordable measurement of water distribution; and

3) to support large hydrologic campaigns in all aspects of instrument selection, acquisition, calibration, and use.
